Access window: 90 days from your first session

Enough runway to move from planning through to submitting both your scholarship and university applications without the pressure of cramming everything into one sitting.

Weeks 1–2: Foundation + Scholarship Strategy

• Session 1 (1 hour): Your full Study Abroad Consultation i.e requirements, program fit, timeline, documents, accreditation
• Session 2 (1 hour): Your Scholarship Strategy Session. Booked early and deliberately, since scholarship windows typically close 6–12 months before your intake, well ahead of general admission deadlines
• You leave these two weeks with your shortlist of programs and scholarships, plus a written timeline showing which deadline hits first

Weeks 3–8: Materials & Applications

• Email support as you draft your motivation letters and scholarship essays
• Application package review before you submit timed around your specific scholarship deadlines, mapped out in Week 1–2

Weeks 9–12: Final Push & Submission Support

• Continued email access as university application deadlines approach
• Final review touchpoints before you hit submit on your university applications

A note on intakes: If you're targeting a Fall/September intake, scholarship deadlines often fall as early as October–February of the prior year. If you're targeting a Spring/January intake, that window shifts earlier too. We'll confirm your exact deadlines in Session 1 and build your 90-day window around them.
